The facility plays a short video showing the correct body posture and movements during flight.
If you have any loose items, including jewelry, the staff will request you to remove and store them in a free locker.
The keys can be left in a safety box until the end of your session. However, consider leaving any valuables at home.

Rules at SkyVenture Arizona
You must wear lace-up sneakers and comfortable shoes to participate. Although SkyVenture Arizona accepts walk-ins, this depends on availability, and they recommend booking on their website.
To make reservations, you can also call them as their sales office is open all week from 7 am to 9 pm.
However, you must have a credit card to complete a flight booking. You will forfeit a refund if you cancel your indoor flight in less than 24 hours or are a no-show.
All participants between 3 and 99 years old must sign waivers before a session. For children below 18 without an adult present, a parental release form is available on their website that must be notarized.
The height limit of 6 feet tall only applies to those over 250 lbs. If you have a previous dislocation, a recent cast, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant, you will not fly.
