Dubai will welcome the first NH Collection hotel in UAE in February, upscale real estate developer Seven Tides said in a press release Thursday.
The upcoming NH Collection Dubai The Palm features 553 rooms located on Seven Tides’s Seven Palm development – a two-tower complex overlooking the Palm Jumeirah lagoon.
The new hotel offers 227 guest rooms and 306 studios and apartments in 11 room categories. Guests who select the high-end accommodation will also have access to the NH Collection Premium Lounge.
The property also features a 45-meter rooftop facility pool, a gym, a kids’ club, wellness, and a spa center. In addition, all rooms are equipped with the NH Collection’s landmark “Sleep Better” mattresses, tea and coffee sets, rain-effect showers, and LED TVs, Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, said. “This project will deliver exceptional guest experiences, including amazing views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline and access to landmarks and tourist attractions across our emirate and beyond. We are confident this complex will add significant value to Dubai’s thriving real estate landscape,” Sulayem added.
In addition, the hotel also features five dining venues: Maiora, Te-Lounge, Seven Sports Bar, Revo Café, and SEEN. While Maiora will serve a wide variety of dishes all day, Te-Lounge will be focused on healthy snacks and refreshments. Seven Sports Bar will offer a more relaxed atmosphere and classic snacks and drinks. Revo Café will serve healthy and creative dishes, and SEEN is the rooftop bar.
Furthermore, the venue also features five event spaces equipped to host up to 45 people for business meetings, conferences, or personal celebrations. The property has direct access to the beach, Dubai Marina, and the city center. The airport is 30 minutes by car, and the hotel also offers private transfers.

In Q3, NH Hotel Group’s revenue reached EUR 516 million, 18.3% up compared to Q3 2019. In the first nine months of the year, the group reported revenue of EUR 1.26 billion which is EUR 769 million more than in the same period in 2021, according to the quarterly report released in November.
Palm Jumeirah, where the new hotel is located, is Dubai’s artificial island hosting some of the most expensive properties in UAE and beyond. The island is home to 80,000 people from 70 nationalities and welcomes four million tourists per year.
Furthermore, it features Michelin Star restaurants and the world’s highest 360-degree infinity pool – Aura Skypool. Furthermore, four out of the top five most expensive properties sold in Dubai this year were located in Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Business reported in November, citing a recent report by LUXHABITAT Sotheby’s International Realty.
